well, that was nice!

Dinner ended up being roast supreme of chicken with celeriac puree, spinach w/concassee tomatoes, hasselback potatoes (I’m making a lot of those lately).

Look who hosted an event at the restaurant on Wednesday! Tiffany Derry (Top Chef DC) and her sous/sister. I made the cauliflower puree you can’t see under their cornmeal crusted pickerel. Absolutely charming southern belles, both of them.
